This Project Consists Of Landscape Improvements To An Existing Greenspace Within The Property's Parking Lot, Including Associated Parking Lot Alterations. No Bid Will Be Awarded At The Opening. The Township Board Will Consider And Potentially Award A Bid At A Later Public Meeting. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid In The Amount Of Five Percent (5%) Percent Of The Bid Amount. No Bids May Be With-drawn For A Period Of 60 Days After Opening Of Bids. Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids And To Waive Informalities, Irregularities, And Technicalities.
