Renovation of a municipal facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Shingle Roof replacement, including but not limited to asphalt shingles, underlayment, etc Taliep@WorcesterHA.org Notify email address listed when final publish date assigned. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Safely remove and legally dispose of approximately 30 squares of asphalt shingles (2 layers), metal drip edge, and other necessary accessories at the roofs(including the Bay Windows) to the DDS Facility located at the West Springfield Housing Authority, 50 Oxford Place, West Springfield MA. 2. Replace asphalt roof shingles, metal drip edge, flashing, and all other necessary accessories as noted in the specifications and sketches unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 3. Gutters and downspoutsto be retained and re-used. Carefully remove and store guttersforreinstallation. 4. Ownerto receive 1 bundle ofshinglesforshelfstock.
