As of April 5, 2024, this RFQ was not awarded and therefore cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of West Springfield is seeking qualified and experienced engineering firms to submit proposals to provide design services to update the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at the West Springfield Middle School. Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications must be submitted in writing to Jaime Flores at jflores@tows.org before 4:00 p.m. on February 28, 2023. The Town of West Springfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the proposals received, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
