Question Acceptance Deadline 02/14/2023 04:30 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes The Town of West Springfield is seeking sealed bids from qualified general contractors for New Toilet Rooms at the Irish Cultural Center of Western New England (IFB #23-0016). Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, section 44A through 44J as amended by Chapter 193 of the Acts of 2004. Wages are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. A Payment bond and a Performance bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price will be required of the Successful Bidder. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish workmen's compensation insurance and public liability insurance.
