Questions Due Date: Nov 19th 2021, 12:00 PM EST Intent to Bid Due Date: Dec 2nd 2021, 12:00 PM EST The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of a new dog park, parking area, trailhead, nature trails, and roadway at the existing Blanchard Park at 3541 Dewey Drive. The new roadway will connect Oak Ridge Road to an existing parking area. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond drawn in favor of the COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount for the complete work; such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly enter into a contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond as provided by law and approved by the Attorney for the COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA. Each bond shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Time Limit for construction is 120 calendar days The Contractor will furnish all equipment, tools, materials, skill and labor of every description (except that specified to be furnished by the County) necessary to carry out and to complete in good, firm, substantial and workmanlike manner, the Work specified, in strict conformity with the Contract Documents for the MARTINEZ PARK IMPROVEMENTS, Bid # 2021042-BID3313 project for Columbia County, Georgia and the Specifications therein.
