Site work for a civil project in Winter Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The revised Question Deadline is Tuesday, November 23, 2021, prior to 5:00pm. This project consists of storm drainage system replacement and improvements along 24th Street NW and 23rd Street NW. The project consists on the removal of approximately 750 LF of 18" CMP pipe and installation of approximately 700 LF of 18" RCP and 155 LF of CMP pipe, construction of new driveways, MES and drainage swales, and installation of 10 inlet structures. The project will require the removal of 5 trees, including a 90" tree located on the SE corner of lot #45. All disturbed areas will need to be stabilized with sod. The construction cost estimate for the project is $275,000. The contract time for this project is a total of 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to reach Final Completion. Liquidated Damages will be assessed at $237.42 per day.
