Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is soliciting bids for the following Standby Power System Improvements Phase 2 - NE 1, SE and SW The purpose of the project is to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary for the construction of new standby generators, switchgear, and accompanying site work for thirteen (13) existing lift station sites located in the Northeast (NE1) Regional Utility Service Area, the Southeast (SE) Regional Utility Service Area, and the Southwest (SW) Regional Utility Service Area and the in accordance with plan sheets and project manual outlined in the bid documents. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at the pre-bid meeting and the site visit, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting's sign-in sheet, or the Bidder's Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
