Renovation of a municipal facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Laramie City Hall has two MAU units identified as MAU 1 (South) and MAU 2 (North) that serve the City Hall building. These units have been in place since 2005, have been problematic in their operation, and have reached the end of their expected life. The City has chosen to replace these units with new units that utilize energy recovery from the exhaust air exiting the building. The MAUs are in place on the roof of the building and crane service will be necessary for the replacement.
