The City of Laramie (hereafter City or COL ) will accept written submittals for the: Laramie Municipal Operations Center Landscape Design/Build/Maintenance Project The City of Laramie is seeking qualified firms/teams to provide for the design, installation, and maintenance of a City of Laramie Unified Development Code compliant landscape at the Laramie Municipal Operations Center. Items under general consideration for this project include the gathering of information from staff, the Wyoming Department of Transportation and municipal code, the design and the development of code compliant landscaping that meets the intent of the Unified Development Code, the potential provision of public art in conjunction with the City of Laramie Public Art Plan, installation of the designed items along with proven maintenance of landscaping for similar facilities. This portion of the project is funded through the Laramie Municipal Operations Center project budget. The City reserves the right to award this project to the firm that best fits the requirements outlined in the Request for Qualifications. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in any submittal and/or reject all submittals, and to accept the submittal that is in the best interest of the City.
