Meyer Najem, the Construction Manager, is requesting proposals for the 2022 Crossroads Elementary - Structural Steel & Roofing for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation. Project includes the furnishing of anchor bolts and furnishing and erection of the structural and miscellaneous steel work, including but not limited to base plates, columns, beams, joists, decking, angles, channels, tubes, handrails / railings, stairs, ladders, etc. Project also includes furnishing and installation of the new roofing system, including but not limited to membrane, insulation, metal roofing, snow guards, sheet metal flashings & trim, gutters & downspouts, edge of roof copings, soffit panels, etc. Further description of work can be found within the bid packages and project drawings/specifications. This Project is broken out into two (2) Bid Packages. Bid Package #01 - Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Bid Package #02 - Roofing Each Bid Package includes all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, submittals. etc. associated with said scope of work. This is a Public Bid and will require a Bid Bond and Performance / Payment Bond. All Contractors and Sub-contractors for IDOA Public Works projects valued at over $300,000 MUST be pre-qualified through the Public Works Certification Board, prior to BCSC Board Approval of Contract or will be grounds for bid to be rejected as non-responsive. Pre-qualification requires submission of an application for review by the Public Works Certification Board members. NOTE: Bidder is REQUIRED to submit a copy of their current IDOA Certification with the Bid.
