Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Orchard Farm R-V School District will be accepting bids to replace a 400 gallon 600,000 BTU/HR A.O. Smith water heater located at 200 Discovery Path Lane, St. Charles, MO 63301. Prospective contractors can provide quotations to do a general replacement of the existing water heater and can also provide quotations for more efficient water heater options. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid to all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor submitting a proposal, and to reject any or all bids.
