Bid Package for Monroe Elementary School Sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors for HVAC and Fire Sprinkler scope of work associated with improvements to Monroe Elementary School located at 2670 Zumbehl Road, St. Charles, MO 63301. Only contractors meeting the requirements within the specifications will be considered as qualified bidders. All Bidders whose bids are in excess of $5,000.00 must provide with their bid the Federal Work Authorization Program ( FWAP") Affidavit of Compliance and Verification Form with respect to employees working in connection with the contracted services, affirming enrollment in a FWAP. The project consists of all HVAC and Fire Sprinkler work in association with the phased upgrades to Monroe Elementary School. The successful HVAC and Fire Sprinkler contractor will be assigned to the Phase I general contractor (who will be selected at a later date).
