St. Charles County is seeking consultant services to conduct roof condition assessments as well as assist with replacement projects. Assessments are defined as an expert opinion on the condition and expected life remaining on the existing roof. The roof replacement projects would include determining the appropriate roofing material and complete systems for the site, writing the bid specifications, bid results assessment, and construction administration. Each assessment or project would be priced according to the complexity of the effort at the time it is requested The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals, or parts of any proposal, for any reason whatsoever and waive technicalities. All questions or clarifications concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing via Email to: Kurt Mandernach, Purchasing Manager St. Charles County Government Finance Department 201 North Second Street St. Charles, Missouri 63301 kmandernach@sccmo.org All questions must be received no later than 2:00 PM on 12/28/21. Any question received after this deadline may not be answered. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
