Site work and renovation of a civil project in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed project includes selective demolition of portions of the existing South 14th Street Lift Station and rehabilitation of this station with new pumps, piping, valve vault, control panel, and station appurtenances. Additional improvements include installation of new gravity sewer, sanitary force main and restorations. Project includes wastewater by-pass pumping as necessary during construction. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. The right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality is reserved by the City. The minimum wage scale to be paid on this project shall not be less than the prevailing minimum wage rate determination on file. For every calendar day of delay in the completion of the work beyond the time specified, unless extended by agreement, there shall be deducted from the amount due under this contract a
