Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Contract includes removing and replacing defective panels of concrete pavement on Maritime Drive by the YMCA, Shorewood Boulevard at Fenway Terrace, and Division Street from South 32nd Street to South 35th Street. It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to have the Contractor remove and replace defective sections of 8-Inch and 7-Inch thick concrete pavement, remove and replace concrete curb and gutter, remove and replace asphalt pavement, remove and replace concrete sidewalk and driveway, replace storm and sanitary manhole castings deemed to be defective on Maritime Drive, Shorewood Boulevard, and Division Street. There is storm sewer work, sanitary and storm manhole reconstruction to be completed on Division Street. There is an inlet to be replaced on Maritime Drive. The work on Maritime Drive shall be completed either prior to or after the dates ranging between July 3rd through July 14th. There are several downtown events scheduled within the July 3-14 time frame.
