Renovation of a transportation facility in Madisonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This project consists of supplying and delivering material necessary to construct the concrete floor of a planned new 100 ft x 125 ft hangar. Each BID must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Kim Blue, City Clerk at 67 North Main Street, Madisonville, KY 42431. Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for "Supply of a 100' x 125' Hangar Floor, Madisonville Municipal Airport" and the envelope should bear on the outside the BIDDERS name and address. The person making the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the plans, specifications or proposed Contract Documents will be made only by written ADDENDA duly issued and mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents. All ADDENDA so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents. The Owner and the Engineer will not be responsible for explanations or interpretations of the proposed documents except as issued in accordance herewith, and no verbal statement either before or after the execution of the Contract, shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations contained herein.
