Bidding is anticipated to place in the late summer of 2022. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference These services are being solicited by LNRA to support the planning, analysis, design, bidding, and construction phase activities that will be needed in connection with the relocation of portions of LNRA's East Water Delivery (EDS) 36" and 54" water transmission pipelines and associated appurtenances in Calhoun and Jackson Counties. TXDOT has determined the Department will widen a portion of FM 1593 in Calhoun and Jackson Counties. In preparation for this roadway widening project, LNRA, along with others owning buried utilities within TXDOT's adjusted rights-of-way, will need to relocate. TXDOT has established a deadline of August 2023 for completion of all utility relocation work and will fund 100 % percent of this relocation effort. Limiting the interruption of raw water deliveries to LNRA water customers during this relocation effort is paramount to LNRA. The Lavaca-Navidad River Authority is seeking to contract with a state-registered engineering firm for the specified purpose of providing engineering and support services connected with the planned relocation of portions of LNRA's East Water Delivery System 36" and 54" water supply transmission pipelines and associated appurtenances. The following outlines this request for qualifications. Scope of Work - The engineering contract will encompass all project related engineering services to LNRA, including but not limited to the following: e Preliminary engineering planning, analysis, and design e Final engineering design and support services e Bidding and project award support e Contract management e Construction management and quality oversight e Specialized services Statement of Qualifications - LNRA is seeking to contract with a competent engineering firm, registered to practice in, and in good standing as an engineering firm with, the State of Texas, that has experience in the following areas: e State-funded construction projects e Texas Department of Transportation roadway widening projects e Water transmission pipeline relocation projects; and e Projects located in LNRAs Service Area Any questions, requests for clarification, or requests for additional information regarding this RFQ should be submitted no later than November 25, 2021 via email to pbrzozowski@Inra.org.
