Rotomilling 1 inch of existing asphalt and replacing with 1 inch OGSC. a. Mill and overlay must wrap around the cross streets to the point of tangency (PT) or visible pavement seam, when within 20 feet of the PT, or as directed by the Engineer. b. Do not wrap the side street if there is a cross gutter. 2. Lowering valves, manholes, and cleanout boxes prior to the rotomilling operations and then raise them back to the finished surface. 3. Repairing all soft spots within the project limits as determined by the Engineer. 4. Reconstructing pedestrian ramps at the locations as directed by the Engineer. 5. Reestablishing all pavement markings and pavement messages within the project limits. 6. Reconstructing pedestrian push buttons to meet ADA and UDOT standards.
