As of 12/21/2021 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The project will be bid and awarded Prime Contracts: General Construction (GC). Work is generally described as follows; General Construction (GC): The contract includes water production and treatment upgrades for the municipal water system, consisting of 2 water treatment plant and a water storage tank. Additionally, all Bidders shall comply with the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Program Requirements and Bid Packet for Construction Contracts, Effective October 1, 2020. Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. Contractor's bids are irrevocable for a period of (45) days after submission. In an effort to maintain all required regulations related to the health and safety of those involved please note the following safety precautions are required to attend the bid opening for AES Northeast Project No. 4912. All in person attendees who are not vaccinated against COVID-19, must wear a mask or face covering while in attendance and maintain 6 ft of space between themselves and other attendees. If you are not feeling well or are showing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The Work will be substantially completed by November 1, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions by November 30, 2022.
