If submitting for more than one package, then each bid for each package must be in separate sealed envelopes. Bidders are instructed to review the Supplementary Information Package provided by Clark /ConReal JV for a complete description of the bid packages. Faxed bids, Phone bids and Email bids will not be accepted (unless noted otherwise via Addenda). Sealed bids must be based on a lump sum contract. A 5% bid bond or cashier's check will be required with your sealed bid. All sealed bid proposals must be submitted on a Bid Form that will be provided by Clark /Con-Real JV. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than Clark /Con-Real JV or their representatives is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute (without alterations) a subcontract agreement with Clark /Con-Real JV based on the Clark Master Subcontract, Project Schedule, and Clark Scope Sheet. Additionally, bidders must comply with all requirements of the Clark Contractors, LLC Sample Certificate of Insurance. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
