Little Rock Port Authority - Railroad Crossing Surface Improvements The project includes the following Work: o Traffic Control o Track Removal. o Track Construction. o Track Panel Removal / Re-installation. o Pavement Removal / placement o Minor Grading Work There is no pre-bid conference for this project. All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Act 150, Arkansas Acts of 1965, and Act 162 of 1987, as amended. Each bid must be accompanied by: o An acceptable statement of bidder's qualifications. The requirements of the bidder's statement of qualifications will be furnished to prospective bidders with plans and specifications. o A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to Little Rock Port Authority, 10600 Industrial Harbor Dr., Little Rock, AR 72206, as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance.
