The City of Little Rock has issued the following bid solicitation to companies who are authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas and who are qualified to provide the following products and/ or services: Exterior Painting - 1419 S. Park St Q And A Close 11/15/2024 07:31:00 PM All requests for questions and clarifications to this bid solicitation issued by the City of Little Rock must be submitted via LRPROCURE under the "Q and A Forum" tab by the closing date/time posted. The City of Little Rock will do its best to answer all questions and clarifications within 48 hours of being submitted. i) For any system-related questions, bidders can email lrpurchasing@littlerock.gov (Subject Line: Bid 2723- System Question) or call (501) 371-4560 for assistance. Bidder acknowledges that support may not be readily available the day of or the hours/minutes prior to a bid closing date/time. The primary goal is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Little Rock that currently live within communities that are in need of rehabilitation and repair. b) Terms of Award i) This bid solicitation shall result in a one (1) time award. ii) The bid shall be awarded, on an all or none basis, to the lowest responsive/responsible and qualified bidder who meets all specified requirements. iii) The City has the right to award or not award a contract, when in the best interest of the City to do so. iv) The respondent must already possess or be able to obtain a City of Little Rock Business License before award and be licensed to do business in the State of Arkansas by any applicable government authority. ) Contractors new to the Rehabilitation Program will only be able to have one contract in progress at any time until they have successfully completed at least three (3) contracts within a twelve (12) month period. Successful completion of three (3) contracts within a twelve (12) month period removes this restriction upon approval and the contractor may have more than one rehabilitation project at any given time but not to exceed three (3) projects during the first year.
