Renovation of a water / sewer project in Greenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of Sodium Hypochlorite feed system, Ammonium Sulfate feed system, and a clearwell mixer. Bids are requested for the following Contract: City of Greenville Alterations to WTP Chemical Feed System Obtaining. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a fee of $25.00 for each set. Deposit checks for bidding documents should be made to Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC. There will be no refunds issued for bidding documents. Pre-bid Conference -N/A Instructions to Bidders: For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The number of days to achieve Substantial Completion is 180 from the date stated above for the commencement of the Contract Times, resulting in a date for Substantial Completion of ; and the number of days to achieve readiness for final payment is 360 from the commencement date of the Contract Times. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. Site Visit and Testing by Bidders-N/A
