Site work and renovation of a civil project in Crown Point, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work is generally described a s follows; General Construction (GC) : The contract includes water production and treatment upgrades for the municipal water system , consisting of 2 water treatment plant and a water storage tank. The project includes removal of existing concrete structures , piping, equipment upgrades and miscellaneous site improvements. Mechanical ( M): The contract includes construction and improvements to HVAC systems and miscellaneous mechanical improvements . The Project is located in Crown Point , New York. Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each B id must b e accompanied by a security deposit in t he amount of 5% of t he B id and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders . The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
