Jonesville Fire District ("Fire District"), invites sealed bid proposals for the replacement of the roof at Jonesville Fire District Station #1. All bids shall be in accordance with the specifications and general conditions prepared by the Fire District. All proposals shall be made in accordance with the bid documents and include the forms so provided. The proposals must be contained within a sealed envelope clearly bearing the name and address of the bidder, the name of the bid and the words "SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN". The Jonesville Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms of the 'Information For Bidders' to all submitting bids. Bidding Document costs are refundable provided the documents are returned to the REVplans within thirty (30) days of the Bid Opening, and are in COMPLETE, UNMARKED and NOT TORN condition. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs.
