Renovation of a mixed-use development in Barboursville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and detention facility.
Replacement of Gym Rooftop Unit Project At Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, there is one (1) rooftop heat ventilator, HV-1D, that is located above the gymnasium of the main building that does not work. The contractor must remove the existing one (1) rooftop heat ventilator, HV-1D, and must replace with new. Existing rooftop heat ventilator, HV-1D, located on the roof of the gymnasium of the main building: a. The existing rooftop heat ventilator is manufactured by Trane and was installed in 2003. b. The model no. is GRAABOPDBEON1J105. c. The serial no. is COLK64882. d. The part no. is 116841-1 e. Existing roof curve dimensions are 158" by 51". f. Existing rooftop heat ventilator is connected too and controlled by a Schneider Electric building automation system (BAS). The existing BAS is operated by Windows software platform Niagara N4. All work shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days
