Awarded vendor : BILL SWENSON - $89,996.00 Two (2) Year Miscellaneous Welding Maintenance and Repair Contract All questions concerning this specification must be directed to the Office of Budget & Purchasing, by emailing Purchasing@aclink.org or fax (609) 343-2193. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond payable to the order of the "County Treasurer, County of Atlantic" in the sum of not less than ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid except that no security shall be in excess of $20,000.00. The contract term shall be for a Two (2) year term, commencing January 1, 2022 or date of execution whichever comes first, through December 31, 2023 The County reserves the right to reject any or all items covered in the bid request, or any portion(s) thereof, waive informalities, re-advertise and/or take such other actions decreed necessary and in the best interest of the County of Atlantic.
