Site work and paving for a civil project in Lewisville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Intent to Bid Due Date: Feb 10th 2022, 2:00 PM CST The scope of work for the project shall consist of construction of approximately 1500 feet of four lane divided Windhaven Parkway from Cookie Lane to Brown Knight Lane which includes approximately a 100 feet long railroad bridge, approximately 2700 feet of temporary shoofly track, new roadway underpass and permanent track, retaining walls, removal of shoofly track, construction of pavement, utilities, drainage, storm water liftstation and associated structures. Bidders are required to submit a cashier's or certified check issued by a bank satisfactory to the City of Lewisville, or a Bid Bond (with proper Power of Attorney) from a surety licensed to do business in the State of Texas, payable without recourse to the City of Lewisville, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total amount of the base bid The City of Lewisville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part; to waive any informality in any bid. All questions are to be posted on portal. questions will remain open until Monday, Jan. 24th at 2:00 pm. All questions we be answered by Thrusday, Jan. 27th at 2:00 pm The undersigned Bidder agrees to begin work under the contract on or before the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed, and to fully complete the project within 915 calendar days.
