The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the "City" or the "Owner") has endeavored upon an annual, Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) process for various civil reconstruction projects Tendered through the City's Capital Works Department. RFPQ-505-20 was issued for the 2021 projects and Contractors who previously prequalified under that opportunity do not need to respond to this new RFPQ. Those Contractors will receive an email directly from the City outlining the requirements for renewal and inclusion on the 2022 projects list. Contractors who did NOT prequalify under RFPQ-505-20 have the opportunity to join the Pre-Qualified list for the 2022 Projects identified within this document by responding to this new RFPQ-21-504 process and may have the opportunity to renew their Pre-Qualification status annually thereafter. The City is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced Contractors for road reconstruction work involving installation of new watermain, storm sewer and sanitary sewer repairs or installation, concrete works (Curbs and sidewalks), asphalt resurfacing and traffic signal improvements throughout the City.
