Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Davis, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Make Ready Project construction includes both site work and renovation of the interior of the SESP building (approximately 14,000 SF) in preparation of the upcoming Replacement Hospital Tower (RHT) project (separate project). The site work includes adjustment/realignment of existing streets, including Paving, Landscaping, Signalization and Walkways along Colonial Way, X Street, Doctor Way & 45th street. Two new canopies to accommodate the new ambulance and public entrance into the existing emergency department. Relocation of existing utilities within the footprint of the future Hospital Tower, and demolition of exiting hardscape, landscaping & miscellaneous structures (canopies/site walls) within the footprint of the RHT. Within the SESP work mainly consists of revising the 1st floor layout to accommodate the relocation of the ambulance and public entrance into the existing emergency department from the East elevation to the North & South elevations. Utilities for the RHT will be supplied from the Central Utilities Plant Work in this bid package includes; construction of the site concrete, earthwork/civil, AC Paving and pavement markings and landscaping and irrigation scopes for the Make Ready Project (Not including Hospital Bed Replacement Tower Project). The earthwork/civil scope includes demolition of hardscape and landscape at various areas of the project site. Work included in this bid package will be performed under the authority and jurisdiction of both OSHPD, UCDH and City of Sacramento.
