The project consists of remolding existing bar in the Jackson Conference center and add alternates of a new bar, drywall repair, and HVAC upgrades including plumbing and fire suppression/alarm system. A 5% Bid Bond for Base Bid Amount must accompany each bid received. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder.
