WORK IS LIMITED TO UPDATING CASEWORK AND FINISHES WITH MINOR UPDATES TO ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING AS REQURED. SPECIFIC WORK AS DEFINED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: A. COMMON BREAK AREAS - 2ND, 3RD, 4TH, AND 5TH FLOORS The scope of the project is to upgrade fourteen existing breakroom/kitchen to modernize the space.
