NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named California School District, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter "the District" will receive up to, but not after the above-stated date and time, sealed Bid Proposals for the Contract for the Work of the Project generally described as: Fire Pump Replacement at 135 Van Ness Avenue, SFUSD Project Number 12165 The Project is generally described as: Removal of an existing fire pump, its mechanical and electrical connections, and all necessary demolition work; installation of a new fire pump, its mechanical and electrical connections, including but not limited to power wiring, fire protection sprinkler piping connection, fire alarm, structural work and construction of a new fire pump room; removal of an existing electrical main switchboard, its electrical connections, service wiring and all necessary demolition work; installation of a new electrical main switchboard, its electrical connections and service wiring; and all associated mechanical, electrical, structural and miscellaneous related work; tests and commissioning to complete the project, There is hazardous material abatement related to this project. The estimated construction value of the work is $550,000. *ADDENDUM 1 HAS POSTED FOR REVIEW - NO CHANGE IN BID OPENING DATE.
