** As of February 4, 2022 project received bids but budget is way too high, but a new bid date has not been established. Watson Park Shoreline Erosion Mitigation and Coastal Resiliency Project. The Scope of Work includes constructing an earthen berm with walking path, constructing rain gardens, reconstructing a granite block endwall, and restoring portions of the adjacent coastal bank and salt marsh areas as indicated on the Contract Drawings. The maximum cost of this project is $870,000. The work must be substantially completed 100 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, General Conditions within 140 calendar days . The Work includes constructing an earthen berm with walking path, constructing rain gardens, reconstructing a granite block endwall and restoring portions of the adjacent coastal bank and salt marsh areas. The work to be done under the scope of this contract consists of the construction an earthen berm with walking path, constructing rain gardens, reconstructing a granite block endwall and restoring portions of the adjacent coastal bank and salt marsh areas and incidental items as shown on the contract plans (which are hereby made part of this contract) and/or listed in the contract documents, or as required by the Engineer.
