For Construction of the Athletic Facility Improvements Project (SuB) Sealed bids from qualified sub-bidders who have been certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) are invited for the following sub-trades: Masonry (est. $ 60,000); Roofing & Flashing (est. $ 70,000); Plumbing (est. $ 125,000); HVAC (est. $ 95,000); Electrical (est. $ 245,950); Estimated values do not include costs of the Alternates. Successful sub- bidders for sub-trades which have not been prequalified will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond only if requested to do so by the successful general bidder in its bid, and the cost of such bonds will be paid by the Contractor.
