Renovation of an educational facility in E Harwich, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,000-square-foot educational facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Project includes all construction needed to complete the removal and re-roofing of the existing 18,000 S.F. roof located on the Property. PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS The successful General Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a labor and materials Payment Bond as required by the Bidding Documents. BID SECURITY Every Bid submitted shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashiers check or a bid bond issued by a responsible bank or trust company and made payable to Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School. The amount of this bid deposit shall be 5% of the amount of the bid. BID INSTRUCTIONS AND FORMS Full instructions and forms are included in the Bidding Documents. This project consists of replacing existing membrane roof and associated assemblies Question Deadline 05/02/2024 All Requests for Interpretation of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to the office of the Architect via email no later than five working days before the bids are due.
