Site work for a civil project in E Harwich, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 13, 2023, project was awarded, start date is middle of October and will be completed by end of this year** Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Installation of a Title 5 septic system at 180 Great Western Road, Harwich, MA. Septic system consists of: H-20 Dual compartment 1500 gallon septic tank with risers to within 6" of grade H-20 1500 gallon pump chamber with riser to grade including ring and cover Pumps, alarm and appurtenances to be wired by licensed electrician H-20 DB-3 Distribution box with riser to within 6" of grade Excavation of all unsuitable soils within 5' of soil absorption system, replace with clean sand 6 - 125 gallon chambers with 4' of stone all around (44.6" x 11' x 12") Associated pipes and appurtenant structures. 2" diameter HDPE pipe shall be class 150. Backfill and rough grade with clean sand and return to surface suitable for driving
