Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Dauphin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba Manitoba), as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (CPPD) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Dauphin POB Exterior Patio Structural and Stair Repair, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars. CPPD requires the services of a General Contractor for construction of exterior patio and stair repair in the Dauphin Provincial Office Building. The Scope of Work includes structural construction work but is not limited to: - Construction of new exterior patio cast in place poured concrete slab. - Removal of any existing damaged concrete, reinforcing and backfill to allow installation of new structural grade beams. - Removal of existing damaged stair and construction of stair to lower level and repair of foundation and walls. - Repair of existing rainwater leader and trench drain at side of washroom - Correct parking asphalt slope adjacent to curb - New concrete slab for future bike storage Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
