Renovation of a municipal facility in Dauphin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this contract comprises but is not limited to Tender Package #4 - Historical Fit-Up which is the 4th and final package of a multiple tender package renovation of the Dauphin Courthouse Heritage Rehabilitation, located at 114 River Avenue West, Dauphin, MB. The work includes but is not limited to: Masonry, Firestopping, Wood Doors, Metal Doors, Frames, Aluminum, Glass and Glazing, Steel Studs, Drywall, Acoustic Ceilings and Panels, Tiling, Resilient Flooring, Carpet Flooring, Paint, and Miscellaneous Specialties. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but is recommended for bidders to attend or view the site prior to submitting a bid. We will be following social distancing guidelines and adhere to Manitoba Public Health Orders currently in place. Facial protection (i.e. masks) are required when on site.
