Contractor to provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and daily site supervision necessary to provide elevator maintenance services in accordance with the Request for Proposal and Annex "A", for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Dauphin and Selkirk detachments, Manitoba, during the period of the contract. The period of the Contract is for two (2) years with an irrevocable option to renew for two (2) additional two (2), one (1) year periods. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Two contracts will be awarded, one for Dauphin RCMP Detachment and one for Selkirk RCMP Detachment.
