For Western Illinois University - Replace Chiller and Construct Chilled Water Loop AE Estimate Less than $6,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construct a direct buried chilled water loop that serves buildings located on the south side of WIU's campus. Connect the following buildings to the new chilled water loop: Brown, Memorial, Simpkins, Sallee, and Tillman. Provide capped valves for connection to future Performing Arts Center by others. Install a 1500 ton water-cooled chiller and associated chilled water pumps and condenser pumps in the existing heating plant natatorium, and provide cooling tower mounted on slab on grade outside natatorium
