Site work and paving for a civil project in Burns Harbor, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Major components of the Work include: Construction of a pedestrian trail from Westport Road west to Stanley Street in the Town of Burns Harbor. The trail will be an asphalt trail. Each bidder must complete a signed and completed Bidders Checklist; a Form 96 (as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts); an executed non-collusion affidavit; a completely executed E-Verify Affidavit; and satisfactory bid security as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bid security in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Rea No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Burns Harbor, Indiana Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town of Burns Harbor.
