Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kirkwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Work Package requires the Contractor to complete the following: - Keysor ES: Construct a new 110SF secured vestibule at the northeast entry. Renovations to the existing nursing suite. Renovate two (2) existing spaces to create two (2) single-stall restrooms. - N Glendale ES: Renovations to create two (2) new single-stall restrooms. Replacement of partitions in four (4) multi-stall restrooms. Renovations to the nurse suite and principal suites. - Robinson ES: New flooring in four (4) multi-stall restrooms. Renovation of existing elevator. Renovation of existing spaces to create three (3) accessible single-stall restrooms, and two (2) multi-stall restrooms. - Kirkwood ECC: Installation of a new exterior canopy at classroom entrances. Renovations to the principals office and reception office. The Owner reserves the right to conduct additional pre-bid meetings, if necessary, to fulfill the bidding requirements of the Board of Education and State of Missouri for competitive bidding. In addition, the Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for the openings of bids, to reject any and all Bids and waive any formalities or irregularities.
