The Cumberland County BOE reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Contractor shall remove and dispose of two existing 3ton package units. The contractor shall supply and install three new 3 ton package heat pumps 10 kw heat strips and thermostats. The new equipment shall match the existing equipment Btu, voltage and phase. The contractor shall supply and install new tstat wire if needed. The contractor shall supply and install the electrical circuit for the 10 kw heat strips. The contractor shall supply new disconnects with new conduit and power wire from the new disconnect to the new unit. All duct work shall be sealed with mastic. The duct shall be wrapped and covered with a metal shroud. All work will be done by code. The contractor shall be responsible for all permits and fees.
