Lakeland College is seeking Request for Bids for mechanical and electrical upgrades related to the AHU-3 and AHU-4 air handling unit replacement at the Lakeland College Alumni Hall, Vermilion, Alberta. Included will be the following general scope of work: .1 Demolish and dispose of existing air handling unit AHU-3 and AHU-4; .2 Demolish existing roof curbs and provide new continuous roof curb; .3 Provide new roofing materials at AHU roof section; .4 Install new air handling units with service vestibule; .5 Provide new coil piping and control valves; .6 Provide new fan motor VFDs and wiring; .7 Provide new direct-digital-controls extension to existing BMS control system. .8 Provide electrical power to mechanical equipment from existing building infrastructure. .9 Provide penthouse lighting and power
