Description

Site work for a civil project in East Bethany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing a new septic system including septic tank, pump chamber, raised bed absorption field, and associated piping for the Town Hall located at 10510 Bethany Center Road in the Town of Bethany. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on December 10, 2021, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Zach Anderson via email: ZAnderson@CPLteam.com or facsimile: 585-232-5836. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on December 13, 2021 from the office of the Engineer. A pre-bid conference will NOT be held. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date. The Town of Bethany reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
