Bucks County Community College (BCCC), 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940 (BCCC) invites the submission of sealed bids to furnish bids for the removal and installation of new carpet in The Rollins Center on the 2nd Floor. All Bidding documents will be available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net) on November 16, 2021. 1. The contractor will be responsible for removal of existing carpet and any residual adhesive from the floor surface. 2. Prepare flooring surface for new carpet. 3. Supply and install carpet and cove base per the drawing. 4. Prevailing Wages are in effect. 5. Contractor must always maintain a clean working area during the project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, surety in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations. Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall be cognizant as to all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, underwriter approval and shall include in his bid a sum to cover the cost of all items included in the specification and pertinent documents. Bucks County Community College reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/9/2021 4:00 PM
