Site work for a water / sewer project in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 27, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The Project consists of the replacement of approximately 1,410 LF of 10-inch VCP sewer main with 10-inch DIP sewer pipe, associated laterals and the replacement of 8 manholes. The project also includes the inspection of the 6-inch laterals and 4-inch building sewers using a portable sewer pipe inspection camera in the project area and the possible replacement if so determined. The Owner has pre-purchased the 10-inch DIP, the 6-inch DIP, 6-6-inch by 10-inch wyes, 6-45 degree elbows, 6-6-inch by 4-inch reducers and will consign these materials to the successful bidder.
