Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
All Questions due by 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, via PennBid. PA DCNR BRC-SC-26-196 PA DCNR BRC-SC-27-103 The project includes ADA Parking Stall, ADA Accessible Concrete Sidewalks, Gazebo, Concrete Memorial Foundations, Lighting and Electrical, Fencing, and a significant amount of landscaping. The particular items of work for the contract are identified more specifically in the Bid Form, Contract Specifications and Contract Documents. The owner will furnish those materials listed in the project documents. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest respective bidders for Contract 1 and Contract II. Contract 1 - $90K Contract 2 - $50K Total $140K The successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. PA Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Bid Results : CONTRACT 1 : Construction Master Services - $124,542.50 CONTRACT 2 : Bognet, In - $161,083.75 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
