Anticipated Notice of Award: January 18, 2022 Notice to Proceed: Several days following contract execution by contractor 24-Inch Water Transmission Main Installation Complete by Others and that Work Area Becomes Available: March 27, 2022 Asphalt Paving Complete and Road Open to Local Traffic: June 1, 2022 Substantial Completion - All Project Elements less Punch List: June 24, 2022 Final Completion - Punch list and project 100% complete: July 15, 2022 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids.
